Darrell Green, age 71, died Monday, July 10, 2017, in Clayton, New Mexico.
Cremation has taken place and memorial services are pending at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Hass Funeral Directors of Clayton.
Darrell Green was born on May 31, 1946 in Lamar, Colorado to Gilford Green and Leona (Hughes) Green. After he graduated from high school he joined the US Navy and served during the Vietnam War. When he returned from the war, Darrell worked in ship yards building ships for several years and then went to work in the construction field where he worked most of his life. He lived in Clayton, New Mexico for the last ten years. Darrell was preceded in death by his parents and by 3 sisters and 2 brothers.

1 SON: Dr. Randy Green of Syracuse, New York.
2 SISTERS: Debra Kay Reed of Maud, Oklahoma and Elsie Jurajda of Trinidad, Colorado.
2 BROTHERS: Wayne Green of Macomb, Oklahoma and Kenny Green of Shawnee, Oklahoma.
And numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
