Stella Montoya, age 94 of Springer, New Mexico, passed way in Raton on June 1st, 2017.
Stella was a devout member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Springer, New Mexico.
Stella is preceded in death by her husband Manuel Montoya, Daughter, Marian Montoya, Sons, Vincent and Luther Montoya as well as several brothers and sisters.
Stella is survived by Sons, Eddie Montoya and wife Dolly of Huntington Park. CA, Alfonso Montoya and wife Martha, Joe Montoya and wife Margaret, Charlie Montoya and Wife Diane all of Springer. Also surviving are 15 grandchildren and 25 Great- Grandchildren.
Recitation of the Most Holy Rosary for Stella Montoya will be on June 6th at 10:30 a.m., at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Springer, New Mexico, and recited Sister Ernestine Trujillo. Mass of the Resurrection will be on June 6th at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church with Father Emmanuel Izuka. Rite of Committal and Internment will follow at the Springer, Cemetery.
