Toni Mae (Antonia Montoya) Blomquist of Country Club Hills, Illinois, passed away on May 23, 2017 at the age of 86.
She was born on December 19, 1930 to Antonia (Lontine) and Donaciano Montoya.
She was preceded in death by parents Antonia and Donaciano Montoya, husbands Carson O. Blomquist and Arthur (Shadow) Ortega.
She is survived by children, Steve and Carol Ortega, Trinidad, CO, Vince Blomquist, CC Hills, IL, Twyla and Danial Sokolowicz, Plainfield, IL, Dawn Spect, CC Hills, IL. grandchildren, great great grandchildren, and numerous Montoya-Lontine nieces, nephews.
Burial will be June 1, 2017 at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, IL.
