Mary Woodyard, age 67, passed away May 23, 2017 with her family by her side in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
She was born September 29, 1949 in Denver, Colorado to Robert and Loretta Wilkinson. She grew up in Littleton, Colorado and graduated from Littleton High School in 1967.
Mary met John Woodyard in 1983 and they were married on December 28, 1983. Mary loved God, her husband , her kids, grandkids, great-grand kids, friends, dogs, cats and computers! She worked in various industries and ended her working career as a business systems coordinator / IT at Ferno Washington. After retiring she continued to consult in IT part-time. Her husband John served in the Air Force and was honorably discharged in March 1969. He worked in the aircraft industry and retired from the Boeing Aircraft in 2000. Mary was a member of the Raton Ambassadors and an active member of the Family Worship Center of Raton, New Mexico.
Mary is survived by her husband of 33 years, John, Daughter April Walker, Step-daughter Shelley Taylor, 5 grand children and 3 great-grandchildren.
Services for Mary Lou Woodyard will be held Saturday May 27, 2017 at the Family Worship Center in Raton, New Mexico at 1:00 P.M. Internment will follow at the Mt Calvary cemetery in Raton, New Mexico.
Arrangements and celebration of love for Mary Lou Woodyard are under the direction of the Yaksich – Long Funeral Home of Raton.
