Kenneth Mannes, age 76, died Wednesday, March 29, 2017 in Clayton, New Mexico.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at 4:00 P.M. on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at the Trinity Fellowship Church in Clayton, New Mexico with Terrell Jones, pastor, officiating. Cremation arrangements were by Hass Funeral Directors of Clayton, New Mexico.
Kenneth Mannes was born on February 21, 1941 in Chicago, Illinois to Harold Mannes and Dorothy (Albert) Mannes.
He was baptized on June 16, 1941 in St. Brendon Catholic Church in Chicago, Illinois. Kenneth married Mary Ann (Erickson) Mannes on November 30, 1968 in Clarendon Hills, Illinois. He enjoyed model trains and he loved jeeping in the mountains of Colorado. Kenneth worked for the Albuquerque Journal for several years and retired from Lowes where he had worked for several years. He did stained glass work and was a very good wood worker and built gates. He loved his dog Sophie and he was loved by everyone. Kenneth was a member of the Trinity Fellowship Church in Clayton. He was preceded in death by his parents.

WIFE: Mary Ann Mannes of Clayton, New Mexico.
1 DAUGHTER: Morgan Miller of Albuquerque, New Mexico.
1 SON: Jack Mannes of Albuquerque, New Mexico.
And numerous nieces and nephews.
