Janie Novella (Radcliff) Mock, age 71, died Wednesday, March 1, 2017 in Amarillo, Texas.
Memorial Services were held at 11:00 AM on Monday, March 6, 2017 at the Church of Christ in Clayton, New Mexico with John Prater officiating. A second memorial service and burial will be held at a later date in Elida, New Mexico. Arrangements are under the direction of Hass Funeral Directors of Clayton, New Mexico.
Janie Novella (Radcliff) Mock was born on December 4, 1945 in Elida, New Mexico to Teddy Leon Radcliff and Delma (Blakley) Radcliff. She attended school and graduated from Elida High School in 1963. She was very active in 4H, FHA and the student council and was the Worthy Advisor of the Elida Rainbow Assembly. Janie attended Eastern New Mexico University in Portales. Janie loved horses, especially barrel racing and pole bending and she ran for Roosevelt County Fair Queen. Janie was co-owner and operator of the Six M concrete plant for many years. After she retired from the concrete business, Janie worked as a teachers aid and also took care of numerous local children in her home. Janie was very talented at embroidery and ceramic painting. Janie loved her kids and all of her grandkids she loved to read and was a great cook and she loved to be outside gardening. In addition to her parents, Janie was preceded in death by a son; Dwight Edwin “Ike” Mock on March 25, 2015 and by a brother; Teddie Gene Radcliff in 1980.

1 DAUGHTER: Kimberly Montoya and Salvador Cruz of Clayton, New Mexico.
2 SONS: Rustin Radcliff Mock and his wife Jennifer of Clayton, New Mexico and Clinton Leon Mock and his wife Crystal of LaSalle, Colorado.
DAUGHTER-IN-LAW: Micah Mock of Clayton, New Mexico.
12 Grandchildren, 1 Great-Grandchild.
1 SISTER: Beverly Creighton and her husband Donald of Elida, New Mexico.
1 BROTHER: Jeff Graves of Portales, New Mexico.
1 SISTER-IN-LAW: Mary Radcliff of Deming, New Mexico.
