Rita S. Gonzales, age 57 of Maxwell, NM, passed away on Monday, November 7, 2016 in Raton.
She was born May 31, 1959 in Gallup, NM, the daughter of John A. and Francis (Blea) Sandoval.
Rita was preceded in death by her parents and Brother Paul Sandoval.
Rita is survived by her husband Frank of Maxwell, NM, three brothers, John Sandoval and wife Alice of Cuba, NM, Alex Sandoval of Albuquerque, Chris Sandoval and wife Isabel of Albuquerque, many nieces, nephews and many friends.
A Celebration of Life will take place on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Alderette-Pomeroy Funeral Home. The angels came knocking at our door, and it was time for Rita to go home. Rita was a loving caring person and will be missed gratefully and especially by her dog Midnight.
