Roy F. Sauble, age 65 of Maxwell, NM, passed away Monday, October 31, 2016 in Raton.
He was born July 23, 1951 in Raton, NM, the son of Frank Eugene and Rebecca Gaines-Sauble.
Roy was a Rancher in the Maxwell area for many years.
Roy was happiest on a horse, aside from family times, his happiest times were spent in the saddle with Leroy Webb, John Latham, Bill John Woolley and Harvey Villarreal. He looked back fondly at the miles he rode with them and never a chance passed that he didn’t tell a story of the times they shared.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Roy is survived by his wife Martha of the home, children Carla and DJ Enderle of Monte Vista, CO, Cathy and Dustin Allmand of Circle Dot Ranch, Patrick Sauble and fiance Ellen Girouard of Colorado Springs, CO. Sister Gayle Sauble of Maxwell, NM, brother Bill Sauble and wife Debbie of Maxwell, NM. Six grandchildren, Jon Enderle, Evan Enderle, Addison Enderle, Carter Allmand, Brighton Cash Sauble and Lyla Sauble. Also holding a special place in his heart were Lupe, Cindy Fernandez and Gary Gallegos.
