Rose Ann Santistevan, age 76, passed away August 17, 2016 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
She was born in Weston, Colorado, the daughter of Flora (Vigil) and Steve Belarde.
She loved the outdoors and liked to camp.
One of her favorite pastimes was traveling to Cripple Creek. Rose was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother and loved to cook and care for her family. She truly will be missed.
Preceding her in death are parents, Flora and Steve Belarde, brothers Benjamin Belarde, George Belarde, sisters Leola Hillman and Frances McKenna.
Survivors are husband John B. Santistevan, sons Dennis McCormick, James Belarde, John Santistevan, Kirt Santistevan, Joe Santistevan, Ben Santistevan, daughter Diane M. Baltazar, 24 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, several sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Wednesday, August 24, 2016 from 3 PM-6 PM at the Comi Chapel.
Rosary will be Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at 7 PM at Sebastiani Gym.
Funeral Mass will be Thursday, August 25, 2016 at 10 AM at Sebastiani Gym.
Interment with Rite of committal will follow at the Trinidad Catholic Cemetery.
Active pallbearers are Demetrius Santistevan, Dominiquo Santistevan, Johnny Santistevan, Joseph Quintana, Gene G. Baltazar Jr., Carla Baltazar and Theresa Baltazar.
