Susan (Jaramillo) Pearson, age 68, died Tuesday, August 2, 2016 in Lubbock, Texas.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, August 6, 2016 at the Clayton Gospel Church in Clayton, New Mexico with Pastor Mike Phipps officiating. Burial will follow in the Clayton Memorial Cemetery by Hass Funeral Directors of Clayton.
Susan (Jaramillo) Pearson was born on February 11, 1948 in Clayton, New Mexico to Edward Raymond Jaramillo and Dora (Rodriguez) Jaramillo Garcia. Susan was raised in Clayton and lived in Dalhart, Texas for the last 15 years with Joe Flohr. She was a wonderful homemaker and cook, she loved to clean and cook for all of her family and friends and was very well known for her cakes and cookies which she loved to make for her family friends and neighbors.
Susan was preceded in death by her father; Edward Jaramillo on February 12, 1974, mother; Dora Garcia on May 29, 2011 and a brother; Johnny Jaramillo on August 11, 2000.
SURVIVORS:
HUSBAND: Joe Flohr of Dalhart, Texas.
2 SONS: Richard Casaus and Johnny Lee Trujillo both of Dalhart, Texas.
1 DAUGHTER: Shellie Casaus of Dalhart, Texas.
5 GRANDCHILDREN: Kristen, Chandra, Miranda, Yolanda and Tracy.
11 GREAT-GRANDCHILDREN
1 BROTHER: Richard Jaramillo and his wife Mary of Clayton, New Mexico.
2 SISTERS: Corinne Smith and her husband Wayne of Renton, Washington and Connie Garcia of Albuquerque, New Mexico.
And numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
