Loretta A. Hurtado, age 71, passed away at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Denver, CO. on June 2, 2016.
She was born in Trinidad, CO on December 30, 1944 to Ida (Madrid) and Bill Hurtado.
She attended area schools graduating from Trinidad High School in 1962. Loretta attended TSJC receiving an AA in Business Administration in 1973.She loved playing Bingo and traveling with her family to Black Hawk.
Preceding her in death are parents Ida and Bill Hurtado, sisters Cynthia Hurtado and Vera Musso.
Survivors are son Todd (Jennifer) Gilliam, Longmont, CO, grandchildren, Tiffany (Jason) Glenski, Shontae Gilliam, Kayla Brockwell, Lyle Brockwell, Anita Baker, great grandchildren, Taylor, Samantha, Chloe, Emma-Rae, Connor, siblings, Mike(Marci) Hurtado, Greeley, Co., Arlene Hurtado. Longmont, CO, nieces, and nephews, Michael, Matthew, Amber, Nibby and Stacey, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Thursday, from 3PM-7PM at the Comi Chapel.
Funeral Mass will be Friday, June 10, 2016 at 10AM at Sebastiani Gym.
Interment with Rite of committal will follow at the Trinidad Catholic Cemetery.
Active pallbearers are Matthew Hurtado, Michael Hurtado, Jason Glenski, Lyle Brockwell, Joe Falsetto and Dimirti Estes.
