Lance E. Alcorn age 23 was arrested in Raton for Colfax County Magistrate Warrant for failure to appear for the charges of concealing identity, use or possession of drug paraphernalia
Timothy Horner age 24 was arrested in Raton for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia
George Pena age 53 was arrested in Springer for a Colfax County Magistrate Court warrant for violation of posted signs and resisting, evading or obstructing a peace officer

Kelcey D. Raught age 41 was arrested in Raton for 2 Magistrate Court warrants for failure to appear for a served summons and for failure to enforce compulsory school attendance (1st offense).
Tricia R. Salazar age 33 was arrested in Raton for a Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court warrant for failure to appear.
Kelsey David Bird age 37 was arrested for an Adult Probation Warrant for violation of his conditions of release for association and stalled UA, admitted methamphetamine use.
