Michael Romero age 29 was arrested for a Colfax County Magistrate Division 1 Fugitive Complaint for Felony Violation of Protection Order and 2 counts of stalking.
Jessie A. Martinez age 30 was arrested in Cimarron for Driving While under the Influence of Intoxicating liquor and or drugs, possession of marijuana and was cited for speeding
