Adolph ”Sonny” Cordova, passed away at Sharmar Village Care Center in Pueblo, CO on April 14, 2016.
He was born on November 7, 1940 in Trinidad, CO to Fannie and Abe Cordova.
He joined and enjoyed serving in the Peace Corps as a volunteer.
Adolph attended San Francisco State College and became a school teacher for many years.
He later moved to Brazil where he was employed by Texaco as a project analyst.
Adolph is survived by siblings Cora Micewonger, Atwater, CA, Edith Ramos, Modesto, CA, Marylou Crawford, Sparks, NV, Joseph Cordova, Hayward, CA, Darlene Castro, Modesto, CA, numerous nieces, nephews in Colorado and California, friends, including special caregiver Linda Martinez.
Funeral Services will be held Monday, April 25, 2016 at 1PM at Comi Chapel.
Inurnment will follow at the Trinidad Catholic Cemetery.
