David Hererra age 36 was arrested in Springer for a San Miguel Magistrate Court Warrant for failure to appear for a previous traffic violation for speeding.
Michael Montoya age 46 was arrested in Eagle Nest for driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and or drugs (2nd offense-impairment).
Jacob Duran age 37 was arrested in Raton for a Division II Magistrate Warrant for aggravated stalking (1st offense-in violation of order of protection) and violation of order of protection (1st offense).

Anthony Alvarez age 32 was arrested in Raton for a Colfax County District Court Warrant for failure to appear, for pending charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, receiving stolen property, possession of a firearm or destructive device by a felon, tampering with evidence, possession of burglary tools, trafficking a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, Raton Magistrate Warrant for Failure to Appear for pending charges of falsely obtaining services and for a Raton Municipal Court Warrant for failure to appear for a traffic violation for no proof of insurance.
Angel Rosas age 19 was arrested in Raton for resisting, evading, obstructing and for shoplifting.
