ARRESTS:
Jerry Armijo age 54 was arrested for a District Court Warrant for failure to comply with conditions of the Arraignment Order filed 10-7-15. Defendant left the Colfax County without prior approval of the court.
Charles Murphy age 42 was arrested for a Magistrate Warrant for use of telephone to terrify, intimidate, threaten, harass, annoy or offend (1st offense).
Adelen Urquijo age 29 was arrested for a Magistrate Warrant for abuse of a child (2 counts), contributing to the delinquency of a minor, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Joshua McDonald age 27 was arrested for a Magistrate Warrant for failure to pay fines and costs.
