In Loving Memory of Orville Walter Kear

Orville Walter Kear, of Springer, NM was peacefully called to his heavenly home on Sunday December 13, 2015 at the age of 83. He was born on June 12, 1932 to Walter and Hazel Kear in Mount Dora, NM.

Orville is preceded in death by his parents, twin brothers: Marvin and Melvin Kear, brother Ronald Kear as well as his sisters Ruth Martinez and Mildred Jones, and great grandson David.

Orville is survived by his brother Ted Kear of Springer, NM and sister: Helen Baldridge of Moses Lake, WA. He is also survived by his wife Annie Kear of 51 years and his 9 children: Michael and wife Janet of Albuquerque, NM; Nathan and wife Angie of Winnie, TX, John Kear of Springer, NM; Steve Wenig of Springer, NM; Greg Kear of Colorado Springs, CO; Mark Kear of Santa Fe, NM; Elizabeth Lopez-Kear and spouse Eddie Berg of Taos, NM; Karen Kear of Springer, NM; Darlene Daniel and companion Bobby Hunter of Raton, NM; and Marlene Kear and spouse Oliver Harvey of Colorado Springs, CO. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews and nieces.

Orville was a very loving husband, father, brother, grandfather and great grandfather. He gave his heart to God in 1964. He loved God with all his heart and did everything God asked of him. His desire was to win as many souls to God as he could. He loved his family and gave unconditionally. He was there for his family through the good and the bad. He will be deeply missed.

Funeral services will be held December 19th 2015 at 10:30am at the Miranda Gym in Springer, NM with Jerry Johnson officiating. Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the Springer Cemetery.
Arrangements for Orville Walter Kear are under the direction of the Alderette Pomeroy funeral home of Raton.
