Catalina (Miss Katie) Neurauter was called by Christ Wednesday February 3, 2016. Katie was born November 12, 1933 in Cleveland, NM the daughter of Eli and Nestorita Martinez- Neurauter. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband of fifty seven years Bernave Neurauter.
Katie is survived by daughter Gloria Neurauter and companion Estevan Pacheco, sons Carl Neurauter and wife Kathy, Rick Neurauter and wife Olga and Stan Neurauter and wife Hope. Ten grandchildren Natalie, Nicholas, Lynn, Christopher, Christine, Michael, Jillian, Megan, Ashley and Tyler, Nine great grandchildren and three on the way, and special friend and care giver Betty Paul.
Visitation will be Sunday February 7, 2016 from 1:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M. at the Yaksich-Long Funeral Home in Raton.
Recitation of the Most Holy Rosary will be Monday February 8, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Patrick’s-St. Joseph’s Catholic Church recited by Frank Cimino Jr. Mass of the Resurrection will be at 10:30 at the church with Father John Trambley as the celebrant, rite of Christian burial will follow at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
Arrangements and celebration of love for Catalina (Miss Katie) are under the direction of the Yaksich-Long Funeral Home of Raton.
