The Knights of Columbus Councils from Cimarron, Springer and Des Moines will host Annual Free Throw Championship Tournaments for boys and girls ages 9 – 14 on two Sundays in January. The Knights of Columbus Council 7393 of Springer will host its Annual Free Throw Championship Tournament on Sunday, January 31, 2016 at 1:00 pm at Sim Brown Gym. Cimarron Knights of Columbus and Des Moines Knight of Columbus (15974 St. Juan Diego Council) will hold their tournaments on Sunday, January 24 at 1:00 pm at the Cimarron Middle School Gym and the Des Moines High School Gymnasium. The Des Moines Gym will open at 12:30 pm.
This event is open to all girls and boys ages 9 – 14 years old. There is no entry fee, and champions will advance to the district level to be held sometime in February.
All entrants must register on an official Knights of Columbus entry form that must be signed by a parent/guardian. Proof of age is required.
