Georgia E. Borquez age 79 of Raton passed away on January 4, 2016 at her home. She was born on September 19, 1936 in Elizabeth Town, NM to Gregorio and Mary Mitotes.
Georgia is preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband Ted Borquez of the family home. Daughters: Carol Cuevas (Victor), Cheryl Griego, Marilyn Sanchez (Paul), Deane Raught, Kelcey Raught, and Mary Borquez all of Raton, Libby Sanchez of Trinidad, and Edith Cardenas (Nick) of Cimarron, sister: Barbara Slater (Maxwell) of Ft. Smith, Arkansas, and brother Sonny Mitotes of El Paso, TX. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday January 15, 2016 at 2pm in the chapel of the Alderette Pomeroy Funeral Home. Interment to follow at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
