In Loving Memory of Andres Ebell

Andres Ebell was born in Roy New Mexico on May 19, 1927, to parents Bonifacio and Margarita Naranjo Ebell. He attended Roy High School and join the military on September 7, 1945 and in served in Japan during World War II. He was awarded the WWII Victory medal and the Army of Occupation Medal. He was married to the love of his life Martha Maestas on December 24, 1951. He passed away, surrounded by his family, on Christmas morning December 25, 2015.

Andres was preceded in death by his parents, his siblings Daniel the 1st, Eloy, Lina, Enrique, Horicio and wife Helen and Bonifacio and wife Rosina.  Grandsons Caleb Fluhman and Robert Ebell, Jr., son-in-law Richard Fluhman, Mother-in law, Isabel Maestas, brothers-in-law Frank Maestas, Joe Maestas and wife Rosanne and Charlie Baca, his sisters-in law Priscilla and husbands Andrew Tafoya and Louis LeRoux and Gertrude Medina Cruz.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Martha of the family home and seven children, Lina Weisdorfer and husband Donald, Sinforosa Lovato and husband Manuel all of Roy, Andres and wife Teresa of Springer NM, Cicilia Martinez of Albuquerque, Stella Devers of Roy and friend Mike Perea, Roberto (Chapo) Ebell and friend Mary and Dolores Brooke and husband Guy of Canyon TX.  His sister Sister Anthony Ebell of San Antonio TX and brothers Hilario and wife Leola and Daniel Ebell of Roy.  Sister-in-laws Margaret Baca, Tillie Cruz and husband Patricio and Mary Tapia and husband Zeke. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, thirty great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Pall bearers are grandchildren Patrick Weisdorfer, Leo Lovato, Juan Andres Ebell II, Jessica Martinez, Christopher Fluhman, Michael Ebell and Leticia Vick. Honorary pall bearers are remaining grandchildren Jennifer Baca, Jeremy Weisdorfer, Ann Lovato, Sara Lovato, Antonio Ebell, Adam Ebell, Estavan Ebell, Lina Romero, Nicole Brooke, Britney Rodriguez, Kimberley Brooke.

Rosary Vigil Services were held Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at 7:00 pm at the Holy Family Catholic Church in Roy, NM.  Funeral mass was celebrated on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at 11:00 am also at the Holy Family Catholic Church by Father John Brasher. Interment will be at the Roy Cemetery followed by a reception of life at the Harding County Community Building.  Everyone is invited to join the family.
