Raton High School is pleased to announce that Halle Medina and Noah Schoonover will be representing RHS at the 2016 New Mexico Hugh O’Brien Youth Leadership Seminar that will be held in Albuquerque on the campus of University of New Mexico.

The Hugh O’Brien Youth’s (HOBY) flagship program, the State Leadership Seminar is designed to help high school sophomores to recognize their leadership talents and apply them to become effective, ethical leaders in their home, school, workplace and community. The seminar curriculum is based on the Social Change Model of Leadership and develops leadership from three perspectives:  Personal Leadership, Group Leadership and Leadership for Society.
