Martin R. Gonzales, of Aguilar, passed away on October 7, 2015 at Parkview Medical Center at the age of 75.
He was born in Gulnare, CO on January 30, 1940 to Helen and Rudolph Gonzales.
Martin worked on the family ranch most of his life when he was not working construction.
He enjoyed being on the ranch visiting family and friends and joking around.
Preceded in death by parents Helen and Rudolph Gonzales, brother Lawrence Gonzales, sister Celestina Abeyta and son in law Rick Kinsey.
Survivors are wife Romona, Aguilar, CO,. daughters Jenifer (Abe) Borja, Trinidad, CO., Helen Kinsey, Fountain, CO, Shirley Gonzales, Co. Springs, CO, Carmen Gonzales, Co . Springs, CO. 13 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 2PM-3PM at the Comi Chapel and Wednesday from 9AM-9:45AM St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Aguilar.
Funeral Services are Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Aguilar, Co. with Rosary at 9:30AM followed by the Funeral Mass at 10AM.
Interment with Rite of Committal will follow the Gulnare Cemetery.
