Priscilla M. Vargas age 56 passed away September 1, 2015 in Raton, NM. She was born the October 17, 1958 to Bennie F. and Mary Martinez Sanchez.
Priscilla was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband Michael Vargas of the family home, daughters; Lee Ann Vargas, Lisa Vargas and companion Eddie Montoya, Gina Vargas and companion Harvey Valdez, goddaughter Deanna Teresa Sanchez, granddaughter Gabriella Priscilla Montoya, granddaughter- Ava Michael Vargas, and son John Valdez, all of Raton, grandson Jayden Sanchez and Jacob Sanchez of Albuquerque, sisters Alice Martinez and companion Randy Marchiondo, Caryn Sanchez, and Christina Sanchez all of Raton, brothers; Alfonso Sanchez and wife Viola of Denver, and Benjo Sanchez and companion Barbara Avila of Raton.
Priscilla was a member of the St. Patrick’s – St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. She loved to take rides to the lake with husband Michael and loved her family and friends dearly.
Recitation of the Most Holy Rosary will be held on Saturday September 5th at 9:30am at the St. Patrick’s-St. Joseph’s Catholic Church followed by the Solemn Mass of the Resurrection at 10:00am celebrated by Father John Trambley. Interment will be at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
Arrangements for Priscilla M. Vargas are under the direction of the Alderette Pomeroy Funeral Home of Raton.
Services for Priscilla Vargas are Saturday September 5, 2015 at St. Patricks-St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. Rosary @ 9:30am with Funeral to follow.
Dinner following Burial at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Food donations appreciated.
