Nora J. Apple, age 86, passed away at home on July 1, 2015.
She was born in Eads, co, ON June 30, 1929 to Mildred (Norris) and Dewey C. Smith.
On December 28, 1949, Nora was united in marriage to Harry V. Apple, in Raton, NM.
Nora loved everything life had to offer. Family was always first and being a Nonie was the best part of it.
She enjoyed shopping, living on the farm, sitting around visiting, playing cards and drinking coffee with friends and family.
Preceding her in death are parents Mildred and Dewey Smith, husband Harry Apple, great grandson Patrick Reid, and brothers.
She is survived by son Kent Apple, Trinidad, daughter Joyce (Bill) Thompson, Pueblo, grandchildren, Kenneth Ray Thompson, Pueblo, Dustine (Eric) Reid, Denver, Kent (Lori) Apple Jr., Utah, Buck (Karrie) Apple, Trinidad. 8 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, numerous other relatives and friends.
Memorial services will be held Friday July 10, 2015 at 10AM the Comi Chapel with Pastor Bill Glidden officiating.
Private inurnment at a later date.
