Paul Henry Williams, age 89, died Thursday, June 25, 2015 at his home in Clayton, New Mexico.
Visitation will be held at the family home at 21 West Broadway in Clayton, New Mexico. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at the Clayton Church of Christ with Dean Shepherd officiating. Burial will follow in the Kenton Cemetery in Kenton, Oklahoma with John Rozell officiating by Hass Funeral Directors of Clayton, New Mexico.
Paul Henry Williams was born on August 19, 1925 in Borger, Texas to Ira Jack Williams and Nona Estella (Jones) Williams. Paul graduated from Clayton High School and joined the Merchant Marines where he served during WWII, after the war was over he was discharged from the Merchant Marines and then he was drafted into the US Army. He married Sammy Jo (Branham) Williams on May 29, 1953. He later attended Eastern Oregon College for two years. Paul was a member of the Clayton Church of Christ. In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by three sisters; Maxine Tobey, Opal Kohler and Cleo Collins and by 2 brothers; Ira Jack Williams, Jr and Jack Lewis Williams.

HIS WIFE: Sammy Jo Williams of Clayton, New Mexico.
2 DAUGHTERS: Barbara Williams of Clayton, New Mexico and Ginger Martinez and her partner Pam of Lubbock, Texas.
1 SON: Jack Williams and his wife Ann of Alaska.
9 GRANDCHILDREN: Pamela Archuleta and her husband Tino and Michael Encinias all of Clayton, New Mexico, Brian Williams and Jered Williams both of Mesa, Arizona, Clinton Kennedy and Kate Williams both of Anchorage, Alaska, Jessica McKinley of Eagle River, Alaska and Benjamin Martinez and Aubrey Martinez both of Amarillo, Texas.
7 GREAT-GRANDCHILDREN: Nicholas Archuleta, Justin Encinias, Alexis Archuleta, Jacob Archuleta, Steven Archuleta, Declan McKinley and Cody Williams.
1 SISTER: Gladys Ann Padgett of Owasa, Oklahoma.
1 SISTER-IN-LAW: Gladys Pearl Williams of Clayton, New Mexico.
And numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
MEMORIALS: The family asks that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made in Paul’s memory to the Cimarron Memorial Hospital, 100 Ellis Avenue, Boise City, Oklahoma 73933.
