Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at MCMC Thrift Shop

The Raton Chamber of Commerce held a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the new location of the MCMC Auxiliary Thrift Shop on Friday, May 15th at Noon. FM 93.9 KRTN broadcast the ceremony.

The new location of the thrift shop is 1180 South 2nd Street in Raton.

 
Business Hours are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9-3 and Saturdays 9-Noon.
  
The MCMC auxiliary is an important part of the hospital, providing gift services to patrons and the auxiliary also gave back to the hospital over $700,000 in equipment and other donations since their inception in 1973. With 59 members the auxiliary can be found helping out at the hospital gift shop and other places needed.

With 59 members the MCMC Auxiliary cut the ribbon on their new digs. The group has been in business for over 50 years and have given back to the hospital over $700,000 in equipment and monies.
