The “Flock of Flamingos” is a fundraiser to help the students of Raton High School FCCLA (Family, Career and Community Leaders of America). Donations will go toward the students’ trip to the National FCCLA Conference in Washington, D.C. this summer.
Someone has paid a donation to flock the entrance of KRTN, and now it is KRTN’s chance to continue the migration!
The public may also choose to flock someone for a $10 donation per yard. The ever helpful “Flockers” will come and remove the flock and send the flamingos on their way.
Contact Myra Baird, sponsor of RHS FCCLA at 445-3541 or 447-2741.
Flock. . . or be flocked!
