Susie L. Thompson, age 91, passed away on March 7, 2015, in Pueblo, CO.
She was born in Tologa, Oklahoma, the daughter of Mary Lee (Rish) and W.L. Brink.
She was married to Harold E. Thompson and together they ranched in the Gulnare area most of their lives until moving in 1997 to Colorado Springs, due to Harold’s poor health.
She was a loving and devoted Wife, Mother and Grandmother who, loved spending time with her family.
Preceding her in death are parents Mary Lee and W. L. Brink, husband Harold E. Thompson, great grandson Patrick Reed, 3 sisters, Wanda, Clara, Belle and brother Richard.
Left to cherish her memory are son, Bill (Joyce) Thompson, Boone, CO, daughter Jerry (Dave) Guynn, Colorado Springs, CO, grandchildren, Kenneth Thompson, Dustina (Eric) Reed, Pepper Borrego, 4 great grandchildren, sisters Sylvia Newkirk, Betty (Matt) Irwin, numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Visitation will be Wednesday, March 18, 2015 from 9AM-Noon followed by Funeral Services at 1PM at the Comi Funeral Home Chapel, with Mr. Jack Newkirk officiating.
Interment will follow at the Trinidad Masonic Cemetery.
Active pallbearers are Kenneth Thompson, Ryne Thompson, Eric Reed, Taylor Reed, George Borrego, Kent Apple and Pepper Borrego.
