Frances B. Sandoval age 85 passed away February 15, 2015 in Raton, NM. She was born November 12, 1929 the daughter of Rebecca and Daniel Leal Blea. She was a resident of Springer and a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband John Sandoval and brothers Ben Blea, Tony Blea and Danny Blea.
Frances loved to read and listen to Spanish music. She enjoyed crafting and spending time with family at the family restaurant in Springer.
She is survived by her daughter Rita Gonzales and Frank of Maxwell, NM, sons John Sandoval and Alice of Cuba, NM, Alex Sandoval of Albuquerque, NM, Chris and Isabel of Albuquerque, and Paul Sandoval of Raton, brothers Jim Blea and Sally of Raton, Elalo Blea and Betty of San Pablo, CA, 8 grandchildren and 17 great children.
Cremation has taken place and inurnment will follow at the Springer Cemetery at a later date. Arrangements for Frances B. Sandoval are under the direction of the Alderette-Pomeroy Funeral Home of Raton.
