Anna Marie Bisconti, age 55, of Raton, NM, passed away Sunday November 23, 2014 in Raton. She was born June 9, 1959 in Raton, NM the daughter of Joe and Martha Medina.
Anna is the youngest of five children, she worked for the Raton Public Schools for many years. She loved spending time with her family, cooking, and attending concerts. She was a devoted wife for over thirty four years and an amazing mother, she brightened up a room when she walked through the door. Anna always put others before herself. She was admired for her strength and positive attitude for life. She was truly one of a kind and will be missed by many.
She is preceded in death by her parents. Anna is survived by her husband Al Bisconti., daughters LuAnne Bisconti and Alicia Bisconti, sisters, Ernestine Montoya, Dorothy Salazar, Cecelia Medina, brother Sammy Medina. And numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be Monday December 1, 2014 from 2:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M. at the Yaksich-Long Funeral Home in Raton. Recitation of the Most Holy Rosary will be Monday at 7:00 P.M. at St. Patrick’s-St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Raton. Mass of the Resurrection will be Tuesday December 2, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. with Father John Trambley as the celebrant. Rite of committal will be in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Raton.
