Mrs. Ruby D. Bueno (Trujillo), life long resident of Trinidad, CO and Denver Bronco fan has left this earth to be with our Lord Jesus in Heaven. She passed away on November 22, in the year of our Lord 2014. Ruby was born in Grey Creek, CO to Jacobo and Beatriz Trujillo on August 31, 1919, one of eleven children.
She was a long time employee of the Trinidad State Nursing Home and retired in 1997. Ruby was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother to her family and known for her nurturing warmth, compassion, and friendship to all. She spent her final years residing at the Serenity Assisted Living facility in Littleton, CO. She enjoyed participating in the house activities, visiting with her family, and chatting with her good friend Helen.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband Cosme T. Bueno Jr., and survived by sons Conrad (Josephine-daughters Christa & Bethany (James), Parker, CO, and Randy (Kaarina- daughters Tiffany & Samantha), Richmond Hill, GA, her sister Bea Trujillo (Trinidad), and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Tuesday, from 3:00PM-7PM at the Comi Chapel.
Funeral Service will be Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at 1PM at Holy Trinity church. Interment will follow at the Trinidad Catholic Cemetery.
