LTC Bishop passed away on 20 September 2014 in Plano, Texas. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 40 years, Patsy Jane Bishop, his parents Annie Curtis Bishop and Noyes S. Bishop Sr. and his sister, Betty Jo Stapp.
He is survived by his brother, Don Curtis Bishop, and his six children, Donald Powers, Donna Haddow, Bryon Powers, Raeleen Surratt, Trish Loftus and Mark Bishop. He will be missed dearly by his grandchildren, Christine Powers-Leatherberry, Catherine Powers-James, Kelly Valentine, Kayla Surratt, Lindy Surratt, Sarah Loftus, Ben Loftus, Mariah Judd, Paige Peer, Rebecca Bishop, Racheal Bishop and Mackenzie Bishop. He was blessed with three great grandchildren, Alessandra Valentine, Sicilia Valentine and Megan Bishop. He was lovingly awaiting the arrival of his fourth great grandchild, Scarlett Josephine. He will forever be in our hearts and memories.
