Bob Story, age 70, died Wednesday, October 29, 2014 in Clayton, New Mexico.
Cremation has taken place and Bob’s family will have services at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Hass Funeral Directors of Clayton, New Mexico.
Bob Story was born on July 7, 1944 in Kannapolis, North Carolina to Edward Story and Lela (Duncan) Story. He married Donna (Cowan) Story on October 26, 1983 in Dumas, Texas. Bob drove a truck for a living most of his life as an owner operator. He loved his family and Nascar. Bob was preceded in death by his parents, a son; B. J. Story and a sister; Jan Fischer.

2 SONS: Pat Dodson and his wife Jessica of Texline, Texas and Bobby Story, III and his wife Amber of Clayton, New Mexico.

1 BROTHER: Max Story and his wife Evelyn of Kannapolis, North Carolina.
3 SISTERS: June Hudson and her husband Bill of China Grove, North Carolina, Linda Absure and her husband Ralph of Harmony, North Carolina and Mary Jo Keller and her husband Ralph of Salisbury, North Carolina.
