Elizabeth Sisneros of Raton, NM, passed away Monday October 13, 2014 in Raton. She was born August 14, 1939 in Starkville, Colorado, the daughter of Lee and Mary Montoya.
She was a homemaker and retired cook.
She was preceded in death by her parents, son Allen I Sisneros and sister Ruth Sanchez. She is survived by her husband Joe Sisneros of the home, two daughters, Annabell Martinez of Raton, NM and Nancy Terrell and husband Shawn of Colorado Springs, CO. Three sons Joseph L. Sisneros and partner Michael J. Cruz of Denver, CO., Henry L. Sisneros and wife Lucy of Raton, NM, and David A. Sisneros of Raton, NM. Two brothers, Michael L. Montoya of Laramie, WY, and Lee Montoya Jr. of Louisville, CO. Sisters Esther Cortez of Louisville, CO, Diane Trujillo of Thornton, CO, Becky Cortez of Longmont, CO, and Lillian Harper and husband Don of Deerfield, CO. Seven grandchildren Levi Sisneros, Tobiahs Sisneros, Lee Sisneros. Erica Sisneros, David Sisneros, Savannah Vasquez and DeMonte’ Terrell and eleven great grandchildren.
Memorial services will be Saturday October 18, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. at the Yaksich-Long Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Mark Crotinger officiating.
