Mary Jo Sanchez age 68 passed away on September 23rd 2014 at her home in Maxwell. She was born on May 27, 1946 in Miles City, MT to John and Anne Bernier.
Mary Jo is preceded in death by her parents, one brother Robert Bernier, mother-in-law Annie Sanchez, and father-in-law David Sanchez.
Mary Jo is survived by her husband Joseph Sanchez of the family home, daughters: Melissa Cruz and husband Justin of Maxwell and Patricia Salazar and husband Timothy also of Maxwell, sons: Joe Sanchez of Cimarron and John Sanchez of Maxwell, sister-in-laws: Rose Velasquez and husband William of Denver, CO; Theresa LeDoux of Cimarron, NM; Martha Lindsey of Burlee, ID; brother-in-laws: Edward Sanchez and wife Sandy of Nederland, CO; Elmer Sanchez of Albuquerque, NM; Billy Sanchez and wife Agatha of Denver, CO; David Sanchez and wife Cecelia of Cimarron, NM; grandchildren: Deiandra Cole and Roxanne Sanchez of Albuquerque, NM; Leiandra Lucero, Adrian Salazar, Aaron Salazar, Islaya Sanchez all of Maxwell, Sienna Sanchez of Mt. Vernon, IL; great granddaughter Adriana Cole of Cimarron. Many nieces, nephews, and man many great friends survive.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday October 4, 2014 at 11am in the chapel of the Alderette Pomeroy Funeral Home. Inurnment to follow at a later date. Arrangements for Mary Jo Sanchez are under the care and direction of the Alderette Pomeroy Funeral home of Raton
