Patricia Jane Smith, age 83, was born on December 1, 1930 in Roy, NM and passed away on Saturday, September 20, 2014 in Albuquerque, NM.
She was a member of the Springer United Methodist Church for sixty five years also a member of Eastern Star and member of United Methodist Women. Patricia, a business woman, owned and operated a farm, restaurant, antique store and a bed and breakfast. She will be remembered as an outstanding mother and grandmother.
Patricia was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Chelsea Sullivan; sons, Jerry Smith Jr. and Dale Smith; daughter, Dana Wagoner; three sisters and one brother.
Patricia is survived by her beloved husband of sixty-eight years, Jerry F. Smith Sr.; brother, Meyler Anderson ; sons, Nathan Smith and wife Liz, Eric Smith and wife Roselyn; daughter, Katrinka Sullivan; sixteen grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, as well as many other family members and friends who loved her and will miss her.
Services will be held at First United Methodist Church, 320 Maxwell Ave in Springer, NM on Saturday, September 27, 2014 at 11:00am.
