Nancy was born July 26, 1935 to Chuck and Ida (Kakuk) Woodhouse in Sugarite, NM. She married T.J. Floyd May 29, 1955 in Raton, NM and they raised three children wherever the railroad sent them. She worked as a Loan Officer for Santa Fe High Plains Federal Credit Union and was a member at Kingswood United Methodist Church. She loved baking, cooking for family and friends, and collecting southwest décor.
Survivors include her daughter, Denise (Hoyt) Morris of Clovis, NM; two sons, Dwayne Floyd and Darrin Floyd of Clovis, NM; a sister, Beverly (Chuck) Redd of Clovis, NM; sister-in-law, Barbara (Gerald) Miller of Pecos, NM; six grandchildren, Bryon (Marcie) Morris, Alesha (Corey) Isaacs, Beth Burns, Marcus (Sherrie) Morris, Carissa (Jared) Morris, and Brandon (Alicia) Floyd; 12 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Chuck and Ida; husband, TJ; in-laws, Thomas and Josephine Floyd; and brother-in-law, Wayne Floyd.
