Eddie Corona passed away unexpectedly on August 8, 2014. He was born on March 3, 1986 to Freddie and Stephanie Corona in San Pablo, CA. On that special day he made his mother the happiest mother in the whole wide world. The bond they shared was like no other.
Eddie enjoyed spending time with his family. He loved to be with his grandpa and grandma. His pride and joy was his daughter Carmela AKA We Me and stepchildren Ruben and Lily. His spare time was spent with his big bro Al, his wife Melanie and kids and dearest friend Joe Larry. The main women in his life were his mother and two sisters Angelica AKA Tooty and Adelina AKA Wee Wee. He also had a special female friend, you know who you are! Eddie enjoyed driving around in his 66 Chevy Caprice, watching mafia movies and eating pizza with a Pepsi. Eddie is preceded in death by his grandpa Alfred Torres, his father Freddie Corona, grandpa Trinidad, Corona, Grandma Manuela Corona and Uncle Leon. The one man he most admired was his grandpa Alfred Torres.
He is survived by his mother Stephanie Torres (Raton), sisters Angelica and Adelina (Raton, his grandma Dolores Torres (Raton), his daughter Carmela Corona (Vacaville, CA), Uncle Alfred and Aunt Rosalie Raton), Uncle Joe and Aunt Lisa (San Pablo, CA), Uncle Tony (Rodeo, CA), Uncle Kenny (Salida, CA), Uncle Danny and Aunt Valarie (Adelanto, CA), cousins: Priscilla Torres and Son Jessie (Raton). In his younger days he ran with his cousin Joey and who know what those two got into, and cousin Adrianna Torres (Benicia, CA); brothers: Rudy Corona of Phoenix, AZ, Vincent Corona of Richmond, CA; sisters: Annette Corona of Phoenix, AZ, Alexis Corona of Richmond, CA, childhood friend Ramen AKA Rayburn, roommate and Rood dog Daniel O’Campo (Elk Grove, CA), best friend and big bro Al, his wife Melanie and kids (Trinidad, CO) dearest friend Joe Larry (Raton). Uncle Robert and Sara Corona (Vallejo, CA), Uncle Raymond and Debbie Corona (Fairfield, CA), Uncle Steven Corona (Vallejo, CA), Uncle Luiggie Corona (Richmond, CA), Aunt Cynthia Corona (Richmond, CA), Aunt Anna Corona (Richmond, CA).
“I could have never asked God for a better son from God then what he gave me. I will miss you greatly, but you will always be with me. I love you my son.”
A visitation will be held on Friday August 15th from 1 to 4pm in the chapel of the Alderette Pomeroy Funeral Home.
Arrangements for Eddie Corona are under the direction of the Alderette Pomeroy Funeral Home of Raton.
The day u left a part of me went with u.I still see u in my dreams and I am cryin when I awake u tell me everything is going to be OK in my dreams but still me and had so much to do I always think to myself i should have bought that calling card an hour earlier and called u none of this would have happened but I guess there was a reason for that.Ive been so depressed and I know if u were here u would have made me fill better just like when u were depressed u would call me and tell me u were filling down I would make u fill better.I have a voice message of u and I play it over and over just to hear you’re voice then I cry me and u a bond that will last forever I love and going to miss u and I will have another best friend/ brother like u again.late ur big bro Al

No words can make this any easier for you. l am so sorry for your loss. Please know that Raymond and I are truly saddened by this and will always have Eddie in our hearts.
