Osos get Win over Train Robbers with Three Home Runs

With the help of a home runs by Cie Arell and CJ Epperson the Osos took an early lead and never looked back as they went up 4-0 over the Train Robbers in the first inning Friday evening at Gabriele Field. The Osos went on to win the game 10-6.
Kellen Quintana won his 6th game of the season allowing only six runs in seven innings while striking out six batters and no walks. The losing pitcher Eric Cordova allowed 10 runs in six innings and only struck out four batters while walking two.
The Osos also had to rework the roster a bit as Chris Williams and Justin Pearson were traded up and Aaron Ortiz and Evan Richard were on the bench with injuries according to coach Ray Hancock.
