Jake F. Maes, age 55, passed away at Parkview Medical Center on March 22, 2014.
He was born in Ogden, Utah on April 18, 1958 to Beatrice (Padilla) and Steven R. Maes.
He was employed as a commercial and residential painter for several years.
On August 15, 1981, he was united in marriage to Louanne Pleimling, ,in Commerce City, CO.
Jake enjoyed fishing and playing his guitar.
He loved music and spending time with family and friends.
Preceding him in death is father Steve Maes and grandparents, Emelia and Eddie Padilla.
Survivors are his wife of 34 years Louanne Maes, Trinidad, daughters Josette (Jeremy) Pulver, Maine, Sarah Maes (Tom Mitchell) Trinidad, son Richard Maes (Amanda Ortiz) Albuquerque, N.M., mother Beatrice Bailey, Denver, grandchildren, Michael Quintana, Richard Maes, Isaiah Bowman, Marcus Maes, Leyla Maes, Brayden Romero, Joshua Maes, Victoria Pulver, Nathan Pulver, brother Michael Maes, sisters Rhonda (Richard)Maldonado, Connie (Jerry) Baker, Linda (Darrin) Seutter all of Denver, several sisters and brothers in law and many dear friends.
Funeral Services will be held Monday March 31, 2014, with Funeral Mass at 10:00Am at Holy Trinity Church.
Private inurnment at a later date.
