They are accepting applications for this school year and 2014-2015. The Mora/Colfax Head Start Program is still looking for your little sweethearts to come and join our other children in the classroom. They have a variety of learning materials and equipment including the Smart Board, computers, Ipads along with qualified teachers to promote your child’s learning ability.

Mora/Colfax Head Start Program covers Cimarron, Mora, Springer and Raton.
This is an early childhood program designed to promote and provide early childhood development for children 3 years of age by Sept 1 2011 and 4 years of age. The child will experience a wide variety of education experiences in socialization, nutrition, science, dramatic play, education and much more.
To begin the “Screening Process” an application form must be completed. Accompanied by income verification, birth certificate, & immunization record. To begin the “Enrollment Process” you will need to provide a physical exam, Hematocrit or Mhemoglobin, dental exam and copy of insurance.
