Emelesio G. Sandoval “Greg” age 83, of Raton, NM. passed away Friday January 17, 2014 in Raton. He was born March 31, 1930 in Talpa, New Mexico the son of Dulcineio and Antonita Herrera-Sandoval. He worked hard all his life to provide for his family until retirement.
Mr. Sandoval is preceded in death by his son Gary Lou Sandoval, his parents, and numerous brothers and sisters. He is survived by three sons, Gregory James Sandoval and wife Amy of Albuquerque, NM. Gilbert Lee Sandoval and wife Erlinda of Raton, NM. and Gabriel Sandoval and wife Debra of Raton and his wife of thirty two years and mother of his children Jennie Sandoval of Raton. He has fourteen grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. Two brothers, Secundino Sandoval of Raton and Joe Sandoval and wife Betty of California.
Memorial services will be Saturday January 25, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. at the Yaksich-Long Funeral Home Chapel in Raton.
