The Professional Business Women of Raton will hold a candidates forum on Monday, February 19, 2018 at the Shuler Theater. All candidates seeking election to the office of City Commission and Municipal Judge have been invited to this forum. Community involvement is crucial to a healthy government. Active participation is welcomed and encouraged so that citizens can make an informed decision on March 6th.
Doors will open at 6:30 pm and the forum will begin at 7:00 pm with introduction of candidates. Written questions from the audience will be accepted, screened and read to the candidates by the moderator. The forum will be broadcast live on 93.9 KRTN for those that cannot attend and questions may be emailed in advance to http://ratonforum@gmail.com.
