Timothy Peterson age 27 was arrested in Raton for a Fugitive Complaint out of Colorado for charges of Arson and contempt of court
Robert Sundance Martinez age 36 was arrested in Raton for a Magistrate Court warrant for failure to comply with conditions of probation as set forth in an order by the court for failure to provide proof of treatment for the original charge of resisting, evading or obstructing an officer.
Vanessa Valdez age 34 was arrested in Raton for an Adult Probation Arrest Order for violation of conditions of probation, the offender received new charges of assault and was terminated from court ordered treatment center.
Peyton Rodriquez age 45 was arrested in Raton for Magistrate warrant for failure to register as a sex offender (place of employment) and for an Adult Probation warrant for failure to comply with state law, employment
