In Loving Memory of David Alexander Valdez

David Alexander Valdez, 55 was a loving husband, son, father, grandfather and much more to many people. 
A longtime resident of Raton was born in San Diego, California on June 29, 1959 to Antonio and Edna Valdez. 
He was preceded in death by his father Antonio Valdez, his daughter Cruista Valdez, his sister Judy Lugo, two nieces Jeanette Gutierrez-Mosier and Patricia Trotter.

He is survived by his wife, Tami Valdez, his sisters Rosalie Espinosa and husband John, Patricia Trotter and husband William, Toni Lyn Saiz and husband Michael, Nancy Mosier and husband Michael. His children Alexander Valdez, Gena Rascon-Romero and husband Gene, David Valdez and wife Breanna, and daughter Michelle Valdez. 
Grandchildren Andre and Cassandra Bunker, Raymond and Justin Silva, Ricki Jasmine Vanderpool, Caleb, Malachi and Kayla Romero, David Valdez and his brother Ian, and Hillary Arbuckle, and numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nephews and Nieces 
Recitation of the Most Holy Rosary will be Saturday, September 20, 2014 at 9:00 A.M. at St . Patrick’s-St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Raton recited by Father John Trambley. Mass of the Resurrection will follow at 9:30 A.M. with Father John Trambley as the celebrant, Rite of the Christian burial will be in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Raton. 
A reception will follow at the St. Patrick’s-St. Joseph’s parish hall.
