Not only do children who are exposed to books early have better language skills than those who wait, they also have better success in learning to read. As a child\u2019s first and most important teachers, families need access to quality books and educational materials. By providing free books in literacy-rich environments OB4CO promotes a lasting love of learning in Colorado children.<\/p>\n<p>Reader Kathleen Griego\u00a0 will read from the book chosen by OBCO.\u00a0If you didn&#8217;t receive a free book from your local preschool, come to the library from April 8th to April 22nd to pick one up for your 4-year-old (while supplies last).<\/p>\n<p>And the One Book Colorado title that will be given to every 4-year-old in Colorado is&#8230;PENGUINAUT by Marcie Colleen!!
