\nmoney out of the revenues of the City of Trinidad, Colorado, to defray and meet the
\nliabilities of the City of Trinidad for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2026 and
\nending December 31, 2026; said ordinance being termed the annual appropriation
\nbill for the 2026 fiscal year<\/p>\n
