A RESOLUTION FOR DISPOSAL OF SURPLUS EQUIPMENT.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>WHEREAS, <\/span><\/strong>the Governing Body and the Public Works Department of the Village of Folsom, New Mexico, has identified surplus equipment that is no longer in service or in working condition for the Department; and<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>WHEREAS<\/span><\/strong>, the Village of Folsom Government Body has approved to dispose of the following equipment: <\/span><\/p>\n

– Miscellaneous items at the yard, pile of metal and fencing<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>WHEREAS<\/span><\/strong>, the Village of Folsom has presented surplus equipment that is no longer available for use by the village of Folsom; and <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>WHEREAS<\/span><\/strong>, the Village of Folsom will process the disposal of the surplus equipment by public auction sale; and <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>WHEREAS<\/span><\/strong>, the proceeds from the disposal of the equipment will be used to purchase equipment needed by the Village; and <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE VILLAGE OF FOLSOM<\/span><\/strong>, State of New Mexico that this sale process be approved for the Village of Folsom Public Works Department, to dispose of the surplus equipment.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the governing body on the <\/span>13<\/span><\/u> day of October, 2025. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
