A Special Meeting of the Trustees of The Raton Public Service Company will be held at 5:15 P.M. on Monday, August 26, 2024, in the Raton City Commission located at 224 Savage Ave, Raton, NM. The agenda will be:<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Call to Order<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Roll Call of Trustees and Determination of Quorum<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Recognition of Visitors<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Acknowledgement of Resignation Letter from Raton Public Service <\/span><\/p>\n

Board Member Monte McGowen<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Appointment of Raton Public Service Board Member to Serve <\/span><\/p>\n

Remaining Term Vacated by Monte McGowen<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Adjournment<\/span><\/p>\n

I, the undersigned authority do hereby certify that the above notice of meeting of the governing body of the Raton Public Service Company, Raton, New Mexico is a true and correct copy of the said notice and that said copy of this notice was then posted in the exterior cabinet of the Raton City Municipal Building, on the front door and drive up window at Raton Public Service in a place convenient and readily accessible to the general public at all times, and said notice was posted on <\/span><\/span>Wednesday, August 21, 2024 BY 5:00 P.M.<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/u>and remained so posted continuously at least 72 hours proceeding the scheduled time of said meeting. Also, KRTN Radio Station (Website and Broadcast) and the City of Raton Website Agenda Center will have the agenda posted prior to respective time limits for regular and special meetings.
